Question for all of you die hard Drag Racing experts, does anyone know the fastest recorded record for the fastest RX7 Convertible "NOT tubbed" in a 1/4 mile? Not a coupe we all know that's Time Machine, I wanna know about a Convertible. All I can find is V8 swaps which still only ET at 10.20, who can solve this mystery?

 

I frankly never heard of anyone with a vert drag racing with that much power. Yup not in my 16 years going to the track. I've been to tracks all around the east coast in New Jersey, Florida, and Puerto Rico!

 

That's good to hear because this year the bar will be set. I'm extreamly exited to go into uncharted territory, see if I can't get a slug to run 8's
