Results from Etown this weekend
I ran this weekend at Etown. I got 4 passes.
1st pass - 11.0@126 / 1.54 60ft - car was on 20psi, broke up on top being too rich (10.5's all the way across with C16 and 10.5plugs) Took out 3% of fuel for the next pass.
2nd pass - 10.8@131 - 1.7 60ft - this is with the car 3% leaner but shifting too early.
3rd pass - 11.5@120 - 1.75 60ft - boost controller hose blew off (rookie error)
4th pass - 10.72@132 - 1.51 60ft - this was the last pass of the day.
The AFs were 10.8-10.9 most of the maps all the way across 3rd gear and 4th gear. Here's a vid...

A lot of forum members were there hanging out, Tony, Dee, SpeedNYC, Rx794, Boostn7 (JD), Jason, turbotommy, Jim@JPR... Thanks to Tony, Dee, SpeedNYC, Boostn7, Rx794 for helping with taping, advice, checking tire pressure, etc... Thanks guys! I had them all look at the datalogs and they noticed a lot of things that could be improved. (shifting too early, boost taking 500-700rpms after shifting to get full boost etc..) It was a good weekend, can't wait for Atco!

Thanks guys. I'm going to lean it out some more, adjust the gain on the boost controller so the boost does not take so long to hit between shifts.
Mods are streetported FD motor, 2mm black (kenny) seals, Electromotive TEC3, stock tranny, act clutch/clutchnet disc, greddy mid mount intercooler, kaaz rear, chromoly axles.

Whats going on with NHRA, it seems all the import guys and rotary ppl are getting out of the race series. Is it just me or do the GM cars all have the big sponsors? Just seems weird to me, the races series appears to be dying out, not that many cars in each class.

wow congrats on the awesome times! nice setup with those chromoly axles and kaaz lsd. Are you running any crazy rear end gears or is it stock ratio? Also what turbo are you running and at how much boost if you don't mind me asking. Oh and one more question are you running c16?

dude NHRA seems to be getting worst with every event...the races have gotten so predictable with fewer cars in the series and the all Titan finals are getting lame, bro they even got the same chic winning the bikini contest over & over at almost every jersey event lol...my wife was **** because there wasnt much cars and she felt like we wasted $40 + gas....for me it was worth it because i got to see Ken run against Rau in eliminations...did anyone see when Ken's exhaust pressure from the 2step blew the traffic cone accross the lane and hitting Rau's car at full stage, priceless...saw you fellas around the CYM FD, should of stopped by to say whats up...maybe next time
