Glad to see ken taking his car abroad..
The Dutch Caribbean.. I remember when cars from Aruba used to come to Trinidad to race, but they was no match for our local cars... The Aruba guys had a camaro & a altered, but still not quick enough for the Big Daddy performance dragster

 

Where is Aruba anyhow? Isn't that near Ireland?

I remember they had brought about 2 cars to Pan American many moons ago but got wooped! The year was prob 95, 96 or so.

well on kens pass could not find his compettion #
well I talked to him last night
the 4 inch v-band clamp for the intercooler came apart
he did like an 8 sec pass only around 30 psi, the clamp came apart around the 1/8 or after
hey also showed me his data log very little wheel spin so hey said it was a good track
I saw his slip hey had like a 1.11 60ft wich is not bad
his car also went straight dow the track



well thats about it for now

I heard about Ken heading down to Aruba...Its nice to get the inside scoop, since Ken is local kin folk...no pun

 

well the arubans handed it to them but its bracket racing
ken got bumpt out in first round was a bit late on the 2 step
talked to ken alot, hey knows his ****!

pimar had a bit issues with the *** not launching straigt, tito chassis could not make it to aruba
lucimar had some other issues a bit rich on the tune etc
one of our ***s broke the record with a 2rz engine 7.95 in a back half corrola
