Qualcomm 1/8 Mile Drags in SD - October 16, 2009
Well, I went down to SD to run a few on the 1/8 Mile on friday. This is the only strip i have raced my car on. I hope that other venues maintain their tracks a little better than RaceLegal does.
The fastest time i have managed to produce there has been 8.0 @ 88 mph, 60ft was 2.0 with some crappy Toyo Proxes RA1's. I know these tires are meant for the circuit, but i drive my car everyday...everywhere.lol.
Anyways, here is the vid.. I wish i had a bigger memory card.

Note: I encourage constructive criticism, but I don't really want to break my car right now because its the only one I have..

It's all about having fun. Looks like some pretty good runs and it seems you already know what you need to get first- some good street slicks. And don't feel bad about your times, at least you're out racing. Quicker times will come, just keep at it and there is alot of good information on IRS setups here in the drag forum. Good luck and keep at it.
Thanks man, I love racing my car even if the track conditions aren't that great. I am hoping my car is running well so that i can take it to the street legal event @ fontana on the 31st. We will see.
Hey, don't forget about Battle of the Import finals on Nov 22 at Fontana. I'll be there and many others. Bring your car, we need all the rotaries to represent as we can.
