90% of the cars at PanAms are Puerto Rican owned, whether it be from the island or from the US mainland... The 10% that wasn't PR owned, either had a PR tuner or PR influence

Im just an old white guy but the Puerto Ricans bring a passion to the rotarys that just makes it so much more fun. And the Rican friends that i have are some of the best and most exciteing friends i have!

I herd Marquito send his 3rotor truck to D.R. but cannot drive it because of Heart problems.. Very poor island. When I was there in '06 I was sadden to see how some people lived.. Rotarys are now starting to make a big impact there and they get alot of support from the PR boys.. They are now getting alot of JDM engines etc thanks to Pica motor import
