Congrats to Pac. That shows you that the new engine/fuel management system was the difference from the last setup.

Am I wrong here, I read somewhere that the PR guys got the record back a month or so ago, and I thought pac had run a 6.58 before they crashed the mazda 6?

Pr haad the recoord for abouut a week months ago. When sammy promotion ran 6.70 then pac ran in the 6.60's and from there it was history.

You are probably thinking/talking about Pica's 20B 3/4 chasis record, which happenedabout amonth ago at the Pan Ams NJ.
