New PB RECORD

Took my car out to the 1/8th mile track to do some testing tonight. I changed a few things and I ended up making a personal best on the first pass.

I ran a 7.430 @ 90.88mph from my previous 7.58 @ 88mph. My second pass I ran a 7.44 at 90.80mph- nice little bracket car eh?

Note: this is the same 12abp N/A motor that I have been racing for 3 years now. Every time I have been to the track I have improved my times. Who says rotaries are not reliable can kiss my ***.

I modified my fuel bowl for more reserve so I am anxious to see what she'll do in the 1/4mile now without fuel starvation like I had before. My last event with the 12a is November 21. A 7.43 pass should be a mid 11 second pass, so we will see.

No nitrous yet. I'm building a 13bpport right now. Who needs nitrous?

Thanks Eric, my 60ft wasn't too good with a 1.52. My best to date is a 1.43. I made some 4 link adjustments and I don't know if it helped or hurt me. Before my car used to yank the wheels up on the launch and last night the car just kind of leaped forward. I'm still learing on adjusting the 4 link suspension.

I guess maybe it's ok. I could probably run some better numbers with a 24 or 25" tire. Most of the 13b cars in my class are turning 1.35 60ft but they also are laying down 100+ more power so I know that will make a big difference. I'm anxious to see what my RX2 will do with the 13b.
