No idea, I haven't talk to him since it was towed away. I've only heard rumors.

That sucks, you buy a bad *** car and some low life steals it and strips it. That would be cool Eric you buy it and bring it back to life.

Good luck, the molded quarter panels look to still be in good shape.

The brackets underneith are setup for a custom 4 link, so you won't be able to use the IRS.

I saw that car on ebay the other day. Never in a million years would I have thought it was your old monster... Who built the motor back then? I remember a guy awhile back in NC that had a FD he was parting down to nothing. Had a Ray Wilson motor bridged.. A bunch of other goodies too.

WOW...
Its so hard to see that all the hard work you put into a car is so quickly destroyed....
The buyers are never as heart broken as the builder....

What the real question is... who could possibly be the culprits. To want a rotary drag set up?

how can a car like that get stolen???? this car wasn't a daily driver where it was parked in the street and i highly dough a flatbed came and just scooped it up with out noise....It smells like an insurance job to me.

I think after Eric sold it, it was passed around more than a cheap hooker. I smell insurance settlement to try and recoup money!
