MMR Diff. mounts

Hello...I have MMR solid diff. mounts on my 91. The problem I'm having is that they wont stay tight. After going to the track the are loose when I get home. Plus they clunk a lot when I put the car in gear. Any tricks to keep them tight? Those studs are not that big and a little afraid that they could strip if over tightened. Thanks

What is the advantage of having these mounts?
Do they absorb shock better?
