Honestly coming from an all motor background I cannot see why it cannot be accomplish.
You have to remember that the 13B NHRA 'All Motor' record was set at a sactioned event where there are rules to obey. Things like weight and fuel checks just to name a few are strictly enforced. So yes Rene can claim to have a record but which one I don't know exactly.
There are so much damm records out there.
