You might want to call Malloy Mazda and ask how much a real set of Mazda axels are, not a knock off. You gotta pay to play and nobody said racing was cheap. Or upgrade, which you'll need to do anyhow if your gonna race much. get the driveshaft shop axles for $750 or the level 4 setup for $2000. $150 doesn't sound too bad to me.

Just got one from auto zone for $79.00 they are all pretty much the same. Ive gone through 2 axles with about 20 passes the ones i break are the OEM ones i had. And ive made 1.45-1.55 60's many of those passes. Im getting ready to pull the trans now

I would have sold you a pair of axles for $100 from my car with 30k miles, only one and half passes at the track with them. First pass cut 1.49 second pass busted rear lol. I have a thread in the NE classified section.

Ernie what do you mean your saving it for the pan ams lol.

Bro, you need to just put a cage in the car. Atleast a 6pt with swingouts. Car will still look fine. Even though a 6pt isn't legal for 9's, you much less likely to get kicked out.

I was runner up in forced induction sport, only cause that srt4 red lighted the round before, then got put up against some prelude and i got out of the hole first and had him till about half track then he crept up on me by the 1000' and got me(prelude 10.8@137 me 11.0@124). My car wasnt running like it should my best pass of the day was a 10.87@125(normal avg) but my avg of the day was a 11.0 which is all it had in it even tried turning the boost up a hair. It was pretty hot and humid which didnt help my 60' and power but i had fun and won $100 and the FD held up so it was a good day.

Thanks, ha i wish i dont have that kinda money. Im still on ET streets i bought from Ray last year that were about to get thrown away but im cutting like 1.45-1.57 60's. Im just having fun and enjoying my car, also killed a new yellow camaro with some jersey shore looking dude driving and some hot girl in the passenger seat on the way home from the event. He tried the ricer fly by and i put it in third as he passed and left him like the car left the lot then he kept trying to show off but i made him look dumb i was happy.

Thanks for coming out, nice race in the finals. From the stands it looked like you had him until about the 1000'. See if you can make it down for the Virginia event on August 15th.
