Guys i was wondering if there was anybody in the rotary community that rebuilds, or builds and sells high torque starters for the 12a and 13b gsl-se motors...I need a starter that turns faster then my used one, and turns faster then a new stock one from Autozone, or Kragen...Any leads as to who or whom may provide these services would be great thanks guys...

The only reason you would need a starter to turn faster would be if you changee the size of the flywheel.
BTW. A higher 'torque' starter does not spin faster. Most of the times they actually spin slower due to gear reduction.

I would check your grounds/connections and make sure they are ok. You should not have any problems with the stock starter. Also, if you have your battery in the back there is a amp drop becuse the wire is so long. I hope you used some good wire and you may have to use a higher cranking amp battery- optima etc.

Honestly why is this topic even in the drag racing section?
What's next? Which ATF to aid start up on a sloppy low compression motor!

Why do you want a high torque starter?,actually the high torque starters turn slower because they are geared down for torque. The stock starter is fine, your compression should be pretty high to start in one turn only.
