I here ya.. Its really not about the $$ its more of the grinding, knocking out studs... But I do like safety!

 

Just spoke to CCW again and he said these were vintage racing tires. Been running these for years. All the package drag CCW wheels in 16 run these. Hell we have 3 supras in town that run them. But I do remember seeing them the first time thinking HOW UGLY they were. But all in all with the clearance issues and such I believe thats the way I am now going (atleast this hour).. LOl...

 

Came upon this.. CCW wheels with the 26/5/16 cokers. FWI car runs high 5's 1/8 and mid 9's 1/4.. Driver Gary White dialy driver..LOO... (Titian Motorsports Scion driver)....

 

if its not about the money then why not do what erniet anthonynyc and everyone else did. get your rim of choice with the correct backspacing. you wont need to grind your caliber and your stock studs are fine.. all you need is a 10mm spacer and your done. then you can use Mickey ET front runners and not have to worry about anything.

 

For the price, it seems a waste... I was unsure about the coker tires but after talking with a local supra owner and the guy at CCW I have made my mind up...
