well under neath of the time slip I have a pic of the car
its a 93 rx7
bridge port motor done by c -west in puerto rico
ltx 10 ecu from micro tech
gaby skern tuned the car on pump gas a while back
480hp 20 psi with over boosting issues
i added another tial 44 mm waste gate to regulate the boost
sunday we dynoed again with c16, i got 23 psi with 3 different boost controllers
I believe the waste gate springs are to week , i need a higher psi rate spring

i believe its around 500hp around there
since I dont have the over boosting issues any more I moved the revlim upto 9000rpm so shifting aroung 8600rpm

i just need to take apart the waste gate now and see what spring i got and order some other ones
it did not feel like a 10 sec pass but it was, am pretty happy with the results
but i wanted to make 30 psi
the turbo is a gt4276 from precission

let me know if you guys want any more info

Congrats on your times. What are the specs on your GT42R? With a full bridge you should be putting down high 500's at 20lbs.

Very impressed good runs but like said a little up and down, when you get it dialed in its going to be awsome.

Congrats!!!

How do you have your wastegate plumbed? There are ways around putting a stiffer spring in it. You can switch from a 3 port to a 4 port solenoid for around $30.

Anyway, lets see that video!!!!!!

viking war hammer
before when i only had 1 waste gate I dropped the rev limit down to 8400 and shifting around 8200rpm
the best time was 11.60 at 118mph
between shifts i the rpms where dropping till 5000rpms
was taking too long to spool back now its all most right
remember its not a ball bearing turbo
but the motor sounds good and am pretty happy
i took apart the waste gates this morning both of them have yellow springs in them.

well ernie
on pump gas I dynoed awhile back 480 hp with 20 psi on a dyno jet

now it was 23 psi c16 on a dyno dynamics which is pretty nice dyno but the numbers where around 380 hp
not sure we where using the load, trying to sort out the boost issue

ernie to make around 600hp how much boost do i need???
what clutch are you running?
also is one tial BOV enough???
how about your diff and your axels
i think mine are all stock

First thing you should do is put a 20lb spring in your wastegate. That will help you dramaticlly. 600whp on your turbo looks like around the 30psi range. One Tial BOV is more than enough. Im running the Exedy Triple Disc and its holding great. I have a Kazz diff, PFS diff gurdle, and as we speak the Driveshaft shop is fabbing up some 33spline axles that will be much stronger than the ones currently offered. (I snapped those twice in two weeks, lol)
The PCS datalogger is a nice piece but it can get pricy when you get all the sensors. In the end its worth it cause it can tell you EVERYTHING.
