Now, this is the type of racing I enjoy watching. Reminds me of the local Outlaw 10.5 classes.

Haha, did you see at the end of the vid his wipers were all the way up? That's how they tell how fast they are going over there in PR. If the wipers are only halfway up then it was a 10 second pass. LOL.

I have the exact same car and the exact same tires 26x10 there is no way you can fit 26x10 tires under the stock wheel wells. I don't care how big of a sledge hammer you have. Either the stock frame rails were brought in and or they were completely taken out and frame rails fabricated, either way you are going to have to mini-tub the car. Doesn't take away at the impressive run that car made it's awesome to see that a car on 26x10's can run that way. It sure made one hell of a move at the top end. Congrats to them and hopefully we will see 7's soon.

If you freeze the video you can see a ladder bar setup and the tyres look alot more bigger than 26x10. but the run is nice and straight.

The engine does sound hurt on the inboard camera toward the end.Sounds like a broken side seal or something.Good job nice run.

He does run ladder bars, the category is "stock chasis"; the tires are 26X10.

I've neever seen the inside of one of those Datsuns; but if it was in fact modified, the body shop did a hell of a job a making those tubs look oem. Now you got me thinking!

You are right, my bad

Also, they don't call it stock chassis (that one was on me, I don't know where I got that from); they call it "Stock Compact"

Aparently, there is no stock chassis category in PR; it is called "stock compact", and they allow tubs, and rear suspension modifications.

I just learned that
