CV Joint

Looks like it exploded out at the track last weekend.
I have driveshaftshop axles, but I think the CV joints are stock?

So what tire psi, rpm, 60 foot and type of tires were used?

10 PSI on MT Drag Radials launching at around 7K after heating them up really good. Don't know what the 60 was because I didnt make it that far.
The track was prepped VERY well. Better than I have ever seen. Quite a few people were breaking on launch.
I am just going to replace the CV for now because I want to go out this weekend and try it again. I got a lot of things figured out last weekend and I think I can make it in to the 10's now with a clean run.

Looks like the new clutch is working well. You running a clutch flow control?

Just a comment, never heard of a clutch control valve before. So I looked it up, I'm going to look into one of these for my build. Thanks for the tip!

Yeah... I have a Tilton flow control in there. Think I might change the orifice size to make it slip even more.
Yeah, the CM clutch is amazing! PIA to drive on the street tho.
Didn't have any wheel hop at all. No wheel spin either. It just stuck!
Pretty sure my 60 would have been around 1.5

Not that I know of. I will be repairing this tonight, then I will know for sure.
I'm going to replace that bearing while I am at it.
