Dee didn't win but atleast he lost to another RX7. What's up with that 1st gen RX7? Is he going to compete this year? He broke the record.
Also, Dan has his hands full. That WRX isn't messing around with that 9.1 pass

Not really.
The weight break for running a 13b is much better and easier than with the 20b. Power to weight ratio is in favor of the 13b presently.

What is the Min weight of the toyotas vs the 13B? We all know a 2jz will produce a hell of alot more power than the little 13B.
How much whp do you guys think the solara is making?

Is not just a matter of that they can produce more power, because they have to run by what the NHRA rules state and presently the 2jz's are being handicap by turbo size to limit power and that's why the performance of both 2j's in the class are down from as the rule change came into effect some time last year. Now if you goi to a NOPI race and see the difference in performace of both cars you'll be surprised.

A BIG CONGRATS too DEE and his crew for the performance they displayed today against what probably were their strongest compettion in a long time.
Also congarts to George Lazcano and the Pica crew for winning and setting a new record here in the NHRA Modified class.
