chop out the divider between the two secondary holes. All it is doing is disturbing flow.

20B Fitted throttle body

Here are some more pics of the throttle body on a 20B intake manifold with the Greddy elbow.Bolts right up and the only difference is the bracket sits on the left side (20B bracket is right side)Looking at the throttle blades. There is one difference,The Idle control valve on stock 20B is on the throttle body itself. The FD has the IAC control on the manifold. The 20B manifold needs to be plugged up on the base itself.
My throttle body should work on the 20B using this FD STYLE on it.IF not i have to make another batch without the IAC on my throttle body(Hole that goes through).

Here is also the back side of the Throttle body.......its a rotary design on a rotary LOL.

Way to shut us FC owner's out

There are some of us that have money and it never hurts to expand your parts availability to different makes/models. Its like telling someone not to make performance parts for first gens cause they're older than FCs so it would be safe to assume they too are cheap and wont spend the money.... invalid argument. To each their own.

Anyway,

Rene always does amazing custom work. He's a wiz with a tig welder and his brain is always ticking with new ideas, hence the creation of this beautiful TB. Cant wait to get mine

Whats up everyone....well we went to the track and had some good and bad results.First off the throttle body worked excellent with no problem very happy ,also the driver of the car felt the difference in quicker spool up.

On the bad side is we ended up crashing the R100 test car..............Track sucked so bad last night, half the crowed and half the racers left the track pissed. No wonder we dont have any tracks to race ,they suck.Anyways the track was so bad with oil downs and fires and people blowing radiator hoses off Plus the track was Freaking cold(fingers and toes numb) and wet with moisture. The Track had only one lane open all night.....the slow lane too, fock man,2 runs in 6 hours.

Well the R100 had enough power to just go down the track decent......tune was at 15 psi boost and no more.1st pass the driver missed shifted and pretty much started in 3rd gear.
The second pass the track was all ready messed up...........he took off and spun 1st 2nd and part of third ending up getting so sideways he lost it.In the end the car was alright not bad but we did get enough solid runs, but we will be back with more other cars......

Plus chris Rx2 was out there, did pretty good on a 6.06 run on the 1/8 with his street driver automatic Rx2.Good run Chris, looks pretty good out there.Hope you have my TB soon on your car.

Yep, the track had oil, coolant, and water spills on it all night long and this track doesn't have the best cleanup crew. The R100 believe it or not did not sustain any real damage. Looks like one fender, bumper was bent and one or two steering rods were bent but the tube frame looked straight but you never know. Looks like a pretty easy fix.

Ok,since there is interest in this piece i have 25 that i cut out and assemble to go.I am gonna make a TURBO 2 Prototype to see if there is any type of interest. What you guys think?Maybe
a limited Edition T2 TB....lol.Give me some feed back of what people want....like throttle bore size.I know 90mm is to big for street.Any type of feed back will make the part better to make.

I am gonna sneek in some parts in here to make it interesting......Let me know what you guys think.

TITANIUM STUD KIT ANYONE?.......

80mm is optimal for street TII's in my opinion. If you do make them, dont make to many. Like i said before, most FC guys will be like "man, when you make it i will BUY it!!" and then when it comes time to pay up. there no where to be heard from. my theory on that is FC owners come and go. They find a cheap FC on craigslist, beat it down, break it, and plan some amazing build that will never be finished... then the for sale ads come.

ehh... ******* fan boys. sorry for the rant.

Makes me wonder what would be optimal for a street-driven/autocross fd? That looks like excellent craftsmanship.
