damn you could tell he was running the car really regulated. still good to see a rotary make the show. Really good show too. Hope they make more "All Out" episodes

 

Yeah I seen it too. The thing is they can only run 10.00 or slower. I know Ari is more than capable of running low 9's. At least the rotaries represented

 

Hope they make a all out episode over here in orlando. Alot of rotaries will show up

 

When did this air? and where was it at? trying to see if I can catch a rerun, or find it on you tube.

 

Ari's launch control wasn't working all day during qualifying like he had hoped, so he had to dial the car in with that in mind. On the last run against the mustang, car launched harder than he anticipated, and he new he would break out, so he let off on top end, but just a little too much, and the mustang flew by. It's hard to judge where the car is behind you when you're in the middle of the run....not like I'd know that. Haha

 

Well that explaines it. I seen he got out on the mustang, and i thought "cool he's on to the next round". Only to see the mustang run around him on the top end! I thought WTF? If every one is runing low 10's there is no way in hell that mustang can make up 2 lengts on the top end. With out Ari having a problem or the mustang breaking out.

Wassup fellow rx7club members. I just joined today and Man am I happy a forum for real rx7 fans. Hey I was wondering does Ari still race his car professionally or did he retire it as a weekend fun day driver.

 

It's in the shop where he works (Rotary Performance, Garland, TX). I don't think he drives it on the street. I don't think it's registered.

 

I don't know, but when I seen it on the youtube link posted on rx7club (it was dark and low re.) I thought it had a license plate because a few years back when ari was running 9.50's it was till streetable. But I would agree 9.15's would be a little much.
