i didnt think he also had the world record.

kilo's like 10 minuets from my house...

 

I am half ways there.Need the other half of track to finish goal .Too bad there is no 1/4 mile tracks here to do it.I would have done full run in a hart beat.Need to wait for Race days,about once every couple months.

I seen padillas car in pomona a few years back, he has all the glass still in the car and all the factory interior minus the seats...

 

Why doesn't he make the car lighter and try to better his time?

 

He was running nhra and they required a minium weight.

that car is done and retired , why try and make something that was so unstable @ the top end lighter , what you guys are forgetting is that kilos car was an oe suspension set up on the front and rear , front meaning no coilovers as per nhra rules @ the time . some of the cars that are trying really hard to break kilos record are not even close when it comes to chassis comparison their is about 4 of them in orlando , if @ that time we would of been able to use coilovers everything would have been really difrent , belive that

I don't have a coil over setup or things like that either.Still running the stock suspension front and rear.Even i don't have race shock on front or lightweight aluminum front brakes Still got the stock rubber brake lines.Surprisingly it handles very well right now.I just changed my slick to new ones and my Rx7 seems alot better and stable.

I will be at the BOTI Las Vegas Race next month.I will be racing the All Motor Class.

 

My best advise for you is to keep a very close attention to the way the track is been prep all 1,320' of it . because with a stock suspension it will take very little to loose control and end up in the wrong side of the track. Best of luck to you and keep us inform.
I lost my rx3 at BOTI Orlando Florida last year , the track was in very poor condition. Take care and kick some honda's *** for us !!!!!

 

Yeah it does matter very.I will get BISI honda for ya.Me and him had a little verbal
fight over some race last year cause i beat him and he was crying that i took his lane.

I was very close to racing him again in the finals but was thrown out because my car had a little cough and could not start the engine on the line.I could see his freaking grin smile when it happend and got the easy win.So we still have a Match race and show him rotaries cannot be pushed around.

 

i remember that little cough like it was yesterday, so does my hand
