From what we can find yes that semi officially reset factory syncro trans record, keep in mind this trans is off a jdm clip, I bought the trans from rx7aholic so no magic inside the box. A true junkyard box if you will

Yea on meth, that will always make my#'s gray but it's a much more logical fuel for a dedicated race car, there's no class rules limiting my fuel choice

Every pass I've ever made makes me respect more and more what ari did 10 yrs ago, it's much more than just making power, I have hundreds of passes in this car and still improving with every pass

Also all factory body panels, glass, window motors, sunroof motors, side door beams...

Will be interesting when we put her on the meth head diet and see what it can do

Going on methanol is a comets no brained really on a race car. Especially when you look at how much cheaper it is than race fuel.

Congrats on the times, knocking a couple hundred kilos out of the car should make you quicker.

Nice photos! glad to see the belly pan. I'll NEVER run with out one... My current one goes from the radiator to 6 inches after the trans seal.

Really well earned congrats!

Looks like a lot of separation between the hit and 40-60 ft out. The 2nd pic shows the tire pretty much unloaded. Think some more rebound damping would help hold it down and not unload the tire? That would have to help the 60' situation.

Yea 60' has been my Achilles heel this year, after the last pass that night we realized we never set the "return to stage" so basically since we do boost stages by speed, the burnout moves us up in the stage, and I was launching in the high stage all season
I'm also doing this with tockio illumininas and eibach pro kit
I've heard someone working on a better shock/spring combo ;-)

I was wondering what had happened to your 60ft. Funny how such small details can leave you scratching your head. You're definitely killing it right now, though!

That shock package is real close.
