Last night in P.R. Sammy Production's 20b FD ran a 7.10 at 191 mph. Not bad considering that this it'the first time out. Video at GRS Motorsport

Awesome run. I think all the hype that 2009 was going to be a big year didn't really live up to it's name other than the PAC crew breaking the record. I do believe 2010 is going to be alot better.

 

'09 was a fantastic year for the rotary... There were plenty of records & "holy smokes! that was quick" moments on the east coast, Aus & PR in every class.

In terms of Pro RWD, PAC were the only ones in '09 campaigning a car, everyone else were either in hibernation or were still being worked on.

 

That's what I meant- Pro RWD rotary. There was alot of hype from people that said they were going to beat Abels record and PAC was the only one around that actually lived up to it. No one else was even close. I think the shitty economy had alot to do with it and alot of top contenders were MIA.
