The clock only starts to record once the car moves and records the actual time the car took to get to the end. Once the light goes green it does not mean the timer for the car is activated but once the light goes green the timer for the driver or reaction time is activated. The actual race is determined by who gets there first by the reaction time of the drivers. So you can stay on the line for 1/2 an hour without moving but the 'ET' would be the same but your reaction time is going to show the 1/2 hour difference on it though. That's why in dragracing reaction time is very important. Two cars can run the same time but the one who left first is going to be the winner.
Remember the race is not against the timer but against the other person in the other lane and the clock is only there to show the actual time it took for each car to get down the track and the win light is to show who got there first.

Dona Alicia the 1st place winner won about 2k so ken prob got around the $1,200 dollar range. No bad for a 2nd place when in Nhra 2nd place only pays $500 in modified. it was a great event. Too bad with the ortiz starlet. Really beautiful starlet but too bad what happend too it .Hope Boris gets it fixed so it could be back out soon. The biggest upset of the day was deff when "Indio" took out Brent in the 1st round.

Starlet dint brake. Think the brakes failed and went into the trees in the end of the track. Had some pretty bad damage. Why do you call lakeland a Death Track rotaryB-2000? OSW is a death track not lakeland.

Please don't remind me.

Dee told me he would put Lakeland up against any track in the country presently traction wise. If there's one thing that is never question about Lakeland especially under the new management is a lack of traction.
Now OSW is another case entirely on it's own.
