Owner says the body/paint is in good condition. It was setup for rotary at one time.

Anyhow, I'm not sure how much something like this would be worth. What do you think?

The picture quality on some ebay auctions never ceases to amaze me. What the hell are you supposed to be able to tell from those pictures other than the fact that it is a Corolla and it has wheelie bars? WTF!

To me a roller is worth anywhere from $500-$1000 unless it’s extra, extra clean or rare.

Alright, what about this as a complete rolling chassis. No motor, trans, fuel, igntion. Car is legal for 8.50's.

That car is worth about 4k or more. I seen it run in real life and it runs like a bullet, Nice and straight. Really well built car. The blue rolla i seen also run It had a 13b brigport in it with about a 200shot in it,. Used to run low high 6's in the 1/8 when it was active

 

UHMMMM it has wheeli bars because it used to be an all out drag car DUHHHH!!!!!

As far as the Datsun, I think he's going to want in the 6K range, more than I can spend

U could prob negotiate with the owner because i seen it 4sale already acouple of times . Offer him what ever you think is worth and see if he takes the bait,

 

The #2 car has more than twice the features as #1, alot more labor and parts would be much easyer to have ready by spring!! IMO. Just add boooooust!!

Yeah it was a nice decently straight car. Nice body work, Used to have all the bumpers too,. Would lunch with 2wheels of the ground nicely and would run straight. Whole thing is painted nice. Datsun would be cheaper in the long run to make it go faster hence all the work that it already has done to it and its alot lighter aswell.

The guy who used to build the engine of that car "Marino Cintron" used to drive it and he is a pretty big guy about 220lbs big lol, he would fit in there with no problem at all.

 

Yeah, I talked to Marino tonight for like 45 minutes. He's supposed to get back with me on a price as a roller.......

 

Welp, looks like I'm leaving tommorow night to pick something up. I was hoping to buy something already built but it looks like I'm going to end up building something again.

 

What did you end up getting Lupe? The corolla?

 

Well, it's a corolla but not the one I posted. It's basically a stock corolla with a bridgeported rotary swap.

It's going to be something that I'll need to completely build.

 

Damn So gonna have start all over again. Atleast you are starting with a lighter platform wich is gonna be easier to make fast. Good luck with the build lupe and wish you all the best.
