Tonight at Atco, New Jersey, ''La Atrevida'' ran 7.40 @ 183 MPH and 7.43 @ 181 MPH. 1.17 in 60ft. driven by Oso Performance.
''Chimikui'' ran 7.72@169mph. For those not in the know ''Chimikui'' is a full chassis Datsun 1200 powered by a NA PP 20B on nitrous.
All these runs are just in preparation for the Pan-Americans this weekend at Atco.

We ran 7:98 on the first test run then 8:05 on the second one last night... Trying to get a comfortable time for the bracket race dials without pushing the car to the extreme... Congratulations to Papote, La Atrevida and the rest of the team on their new records!!!!
puerto ricans have thier **** down! I gotta a rican buddy that is always letting me know the latest times etc... I WANT TO GO TO PAN AMERICAN NATIONALS next year sooooo bad!
edit: damn!!!!!!!!!!!! just watched those movies, and damn do they come out of the hole like bullets. What are they doing to spool the turbos before launch? Is that the two stage or is that compressed air they force in?

I still can't get that 20B + NOS out of my head; DAMN that is a nice car, did I mentioned very consistent
