the best way to get power is to save your money and turbo it. or swap the engine for a t2

spellcheck.net and proofread
start by getting you car running right. too many try and make if faster before doing a tune up. start with plugs and good wires "not store brand" reground the car then start doing stuff. if you want to make your car "Fast" there are two options, get a four port and get it rebuilt and ported or turbo/supercharge. It can be quick with out but most that ask this question will never be happy with a stock port NA.
as far as a turbo swap its not something to learn on if you cant afford a new engine.
sorry to sound harsh.
If you wanna start learning about the seven and please do as almost all shops will make two problems for every one they fix, start with regrounding, rats nest removal and the other things the tons of threads have info on. just do a search for "na fast" or look in the archives as thats where the best info will be.
Have fun and enjoy.
