You have a lot of good modifications or upgrades listed. Be sure when you get your new radiator and front mount intercooler they will both fit up front so you don't end up having to sell one and buying a different one.

You might as well do a complete exhaust system... all new piping, performance muffler, and performance cat (or no cat!). Put an intake system on it too.
An ECU upgrade would be next inline to do, if not already necessary with all the mods listed.

 

How about a Haltech?
