I have a 93 rex with intake, down pipe, exhaust, and blow off valve. I am wandering what types of upgrades are the best for HP/power gains besides doing a single turbo upgrade. If any one has any good ideas or knows what is let me know thanks.

I dont mean to hijack your post, but what are you talking about when you say Rear End.

also throw in a intake and down pipe. get a resonated midpipe or high flow cat, it will make the car sound 100 times better. You might want the wastegate ported to prevent boost creep which will cause you to blow your motor.
if you dont want a front mount ic, then i would get large stock mount. The greddy stock replacement might be to small(depend on how much boost you want run). I saw a stock mount ic from bnr that was install on a car and it looked great.
Also go non-seqential turbos(where they kick in at the same time, for reliablity)

If your clutch needs replaced, definitely do a LW flywheel - this is overlooked alot and although it doesn't necessarily make more hp, your car will acclererate much faster and rev quicker - great mod...your next mod should be an ecu - the PFC seems to be the best as far as support for a mildly modded FD. BNR twins definitely add some beef to your car and you can run more boost through them. All the bolt-on mods will add 10-15 rwhp each but just make sure you have the ecu for fuel. Don't need to necassarily go non-seq unless you're having trouble with your sequential system - that doesn't add power, just changes your power delivery.

all bolt ons will give alot more than 10-15 hp, dp,mp,cb,intake, fmic, all fuel mods and ecu. will lead you around 320rwhp reliably.
Also, i dont think the lw flywheel is worth it unless you will be doing autoX or roadracing, the lw flywheel reduces torqe
Do all reliability like, going non seqential turbos, they will last alot longer. Seq puts to much stress on them.
Get a good clutch!!!

If you read my post, I said 10-15 rwhp "each" - I'm not that dumb
As far as non-seq lasting longer than sequential - I haven't really seen any proof of this. Their is usually more stress on the primary since it is almost always boosting, but I know people with 130K+ miles on sequential turbos running 12-13 psi and are ok. I've been both seq and non-seq - like I said, if there is a problem with the seq system, definitely go non-seq.
I will agree that the RX7 store will save you money. I got most of my parts off partstrader - saves even more

my bad dude, I didnt see the word "each". I though you were talking about a honda at first. I wouldnt buy a used ic or turbo's, anything else would be best to buy used.

i agree wit the midpipe and if u really want quick power, umm u can tap into the stock boost control and make ur own maual boost contorller, i did, it worked great but be careful not everyone has my luck wit that stuff, i somehow seem to push it to and past the limit and still have a functioning car, .....wait is that why it wont start ??

Actually, most of the stuff I got off partstrader was new in box. The M2 med. IC was used but who cares - it costs $1500 new and I got a nicked up one for a fraction - one of the best smic for the FD.
