without a doubt. Like I've said before the application determines the best process.
Speed is part of that consideration. If your work in a shop and have a big job that MIG is sufficient it would not be in your best interest to have the foreman find you TIG'ing it out

Time is money and overkill does not impress the "bottom-line" people.
