Voltage needed for power antenna motor

Does anyone know how many volts it takes to get the power antenna motor to run? Don't wanna take a wrong guess and me$$ it up. My power antenna isn't working and i'm thinking this is the culprit. Any guesses anyone?

I could be wrong, but I'm sure it's a switched +12 volts.

Hey, thanks alot. However, I think it's a bit less. I notice at 12v the motor makes alot of noise and spins really fast. It has to be lower since it doesn't really make much noise when it's (un)winding and it's quit slow. The motor works nontheless. I guess it really doesn't matter much anymore. Again, thanks.
