turbos, and ported engine

Hi, i have a 93 fd3s and i was contemplating, what mods i should take to reach 400 or above hp, but no more than 500 hp. i want this car to still be able to be driven besides on the track,im wondering if it would be a good idea for a street port? pettit racing sells a street port with 2mm seals and one with 3mm seals and a reinforced block, it looks like from all the threads that 2mm is the way to go for me, please leave your comments. Also i am wondering what i should do for turbo set up, pettit sells hybrid high flow twin turbos, with a 15-20% better flow rate than stock, they are also blueprinted and balanced and ceramic baked in the hot spots. i was wondering if this would be teh way to go? also, rx7store.net sells a twin kit 2 t28 turbos, i would like to stay with the twin turbo idea but do not know if that is plausable. please leave your comments

turbos/ports

What kind of race are you entering, 1/4 mile , Gymkana, or what? I don't profess to know everything, but the forum needs more info to help you.
