Sure, it's possible. I'm doing it - so are several other 12a owners on this very forum. There arent any kits, as has already been stated.... but it's not THAT hard to boost a 12a. Here's a REALLY rough idea for you:

Use a stock manifold and turbo off an FCTII and buy an RB flange to use as a spacer so that the housings clear your intake manifold. Then notch out the bolt-holes on a stock FC manifold to line up with the RB flange. Tap your oil pan for an oil return line, and get your oil pressure line from the stock oil pressure sensor location. That takes car of MOUNTING the turbocharger, which is what you seem to be asking about, mostly.

You'll have to custom-fab all your boost piping from the turbo to a rig-to-fit intercooler, and then to the carb. Your carb will need to be boost-prepped to keep the floats from colapsing under pressure, jetted and tuned to your new specs, etc... A reliable setup depends HIGHLY on supporting mods. Your stock fuel system is 100% inadequate. You'll replace the pump, filters, and likely the lines as well.

You'll need a custom exhast setup from the turbo-back too... I'm tired now - but there's more to do than that. But at least you have a good starting point now. Start rounding up parts to get you to that point, then come back for more questions. Even with everything done right, I wouldnt throw more than 5-6psi on a STOCK 22 year old block. You'll need to freshen it up with a good rebuild first too...
