Titanium Apex seals??

Titanium Apex seals??

Alright this came up in the first gen section but i thought the guys here would have more knowledge on this,

THe talk of making apex seals out of titanium, i haven't heard or seen anyone do them and i was woundering if there would be a reason for that. The talk also said that this might be a good idea to have it as an option between mazda seals and ceramic seals ...

Any info would be great on this.

actually don't need to answer that anymore i just did a quick search really thinking that I wouldn't get anything but I found out why titanium is bad for engine internals ... expands too much, doesn't like to rub with other things, and so on
