T2 tranny vs powerglide
I was wondering how a t2 tranny would stackup
against a Chevy Powerglide. I have a fresh glide
at my disposal w/5500 stall converter. I'm concerned
with the glide's 1.82 first gear ratio. The setup will
be going in my '78 Toyota Corolla.My current setup
makes 444whp & 354 torque. I make 370whp @
5500rpm & 350 torque.
I'm very tired of granny shifting.Thanks in advance
