T-61? Others questions

I'm leaning towards getting a T-61 ceramic ball-bearing turbo for my single upgrade. It's in between the TS04, and the T-66 in compressor size, and in ball-bearing form I'm sure it will spool fairly well. Does anyone have anything to add to my decision? Anyone have any experience with one of these turbos?

This will be used on a large streetport 13BT. Also what do you guys think about getting 89-91 13BT/13B-REW rotors? I know in piston engines 8.5:1-8.8:1 is ideal compression for turboing, but I'm guessing it's different for us =).

Shouldn't this be in the Single Turbo section.

No, it should be in the 2nd. Gen. Forum.
But in answer to your question, the lower compression rotors respond better to bigger turbos.

Yeah, but no one was responding anyways so I wasn't going to say anything. I don't see how it belongs in the 2nd gen section considering they don't know dick about single turbos. Lower compression rotors respond better to bigger turbos. That helps, you mind being more specific?

There should be a moderator in this section. I was stripped of my worthiness when I vanished a few months ago.

Moderator, God, someone worthy.

What the heck to rotors have to do with big turbos. 9:1 and 9.7:1 rotors are the only ones readily availible. Run 9:1, but 9.7:1 isn't going to make that much of a difference with a small turbo like the T61.
