Summit Racing selling Ford "1600's"?

It looks like Summit Racing is selling the Ford Motorsports big fuel injectors.
They are listed as "150lb/hr" fuel injectors, but the "E303" model number sounds familiar.

Summit Racing part number: FMS-M-9593-E303
Price: $494.95 / 8

Yeah, you gotta buy 8 of them at a time.
But, priced at under $70 / each, it's a good deal if you can get a couple buddies to do a mini group buy.
At least Summit Racing is a lot more reliable than some of the other vendors out there!

Hmm. I guess you would get the clips from a ford dealership. I hate rewiring injector clips, at least the gm clips were a pain in the butt to get to clamp down right. Seems like a good deal though, I could use a pair or two.

This is the type I have , whats the difference ??. They are Bosch , but have the Ford logo on them too , they are also 150lb/hr and low impedence.

I've bought two sets of 160# injectors (two in a set) from the following vendor.

http://www.fasttrackperformance.com

Both times im pretty sure my orders were around $150 or less.

I also just bought a set of 65# injectors from him. Great guy.

Tell him Bryan from Jacksonville, Florida with the LS1 rx7 told you to call. (not that you'll get a discount... but i've just spoken with him for a while a couple times)

All Ford injectors are made by Bosch, and have Bosch part numbers on them in addition to Ford.

$70/injector is a steal. I wonder if I can get 'em cheaper, and in individual quantity

The injectors connectors are the same as the factory ones for the 1600's... You can do the bulk buy from any ford motorsports dealer, we did it a couple of years ago, and bought a set of 8 from our local Ford MS dealer, and it worked out to like 63 bucks and injector or something like that...Max

Marrel fuel injection sell 160lb/hr or 1680 fuel injectors for $75

I opted for their "pro import" style ones which are $95, but they are a DIRECT replacement for the factory ones.

I said I wonder if *I* could get them cheaper and in smaller quantity. Through the shop I work for.

A pair of 1600's would be just purty for the peripheral port.

Hey where can I get the Top O- rings for these injectors?
there thick

have used them for a couple of years now. They show a little ware now
and when I went to install the K2RD fuel rail
they leaked like crazy (does not leak on stock machined fuel rail tho)

Bringing this back up. Just bought a bunch of those but now I am wondering about the impedance on these. The summit website says 14.6 ohms. Does that mean they are high imp and I don't have to run resistors?

Thanks guys

and if anyone needs a couple let me know....

I paid $500 for 8, so 62.50 for one plus whatever the shipping is which shouldn't be much.
