Seeing lots of wheelspin at high rpm's...
So everytime I floor my car and get above 6000 rpm's my car spins the rear tires and I lose a lot of traction. This also happens right after I quick shift. Is there anything I can do to my car to stop this? It gets really frustrating spinning the wheels all the time instead of getting the power to the ground.

Umm, by bigger and better rear tires?
Thats the road I am taking... What size are you running and what is your setup?
I have 225/50/16's on all 4 corners on my FC, I have the same problem, I am switchin to 265/40/17's in the rear this spring. My car is really soft in the back end, which helps traction, I was gonna firm it up, but I think I will wait till I get my new rolling stock...Max

Have you dyno'ed the car? I would like to know the HP and torque numbers this car is putting out.
One thing that is for sure is that you need to get the widest and softest tires that you can get under that car.
That or else whenever you are feeling frisky and you have DRY roads whip out the jack, impact wrench, and throw the fattest, softest slicks on that you can get under there!

theres thread about a traction control unit. I think its race logic tration control. Its somewhere around 1k bucks I think. It would be cheaper than buying a new set of wheels.
wider is better, but I have 275/35/18 and when I hit 2nd @10psi my **** spins mad.

I made 346rwhp on the dyno.
I'm currently running S03's, so the tires should be ok. If I realign my car with less camber will this help my problems? I'm running -1.7 in the back right now.

Ah, yes traction is one of the reasons I went back to awd. My supercharged mustang would spin the tires at will. My Rx7 would spin the tires easily. My now 4th dsm spins nothing wet or dry unless I launch at 5500rpm or so it just goes. I miss the both of those cars, but I don't miss the " Dude, I coulda beat you, but I could not get any traction!"

DEFINITELY reduce the camber...I had the same problem. Reducing the camber reduced my wheelspin quite nicely. Get sticky over wide though...if you can't afford both. Sticky will make more of a difference than wide. If you have adjustable shocks, play with settings and ultimately, with spring rates too if it's a drag-only sort of setup.
