SE rotors in a FD motor?

Once again I have come to pick the brains of this forum.
To make a long story short I'm planning to build an FD motor for my first gen, while keep the twins for the time being. My inquiry is;has anyone used SE 6 port rotor's in a potentially high output FD motor? The reason I ask is because I have my stock SE motor pulled apart and it has 3mm apex seals stock in the rotors and thier in very good shape(the rotors not the seals). This should bump my compression up .4 (if my research is correct)and allow me to run the 3mm seals.Sounds good in theory but I must be over looking something. If not I may build my motor sooner than I thought.

Thanks,
Nick

High comp and high boost == boom , low comp and high boost == power

But...

High comp + low boost = power
There are hi comp FI engines out there. The power comes on smoother due to the compression, but the top end is limited by detonation.

I don't know if they work though. If they fit they might be ok because of their weight/strength. I suppose you could compare them?

Good luck

You mean High comp + low boost + good tuning = power with a rotary

There is a guy here in Oregon that is trying the renesis rotors in a 13B with high boost
