Hey guys I'm sure there have been a billion posts like this before, I tried searching, but theres some error in the code and it doesn't work.

I'm looking into getting a new cat-back system for my '89 GTU (it has an '88 engine though), and I was just wondering what people's opinions on the different options are. I don't really know of any options other than what is on www.rx7.com so if anybody knows any other good dual exhaust systems please let me know!

I'm a working 17 year old in highschool so I do not have wads of cash to spend, so anything for around $500 would be good. The RP performance system on rx7.com is really cheap, but does anybody know if it will provide enough performance, or nearly as much as a more expensive greddy or hks system?

anyways, if ANYONE could just let me know what setup they have on their car, how much it was, and if they reccomend it; and what they reccomend and why. Its a lot to ask heh... so I'm not expecting anybody to help me TOO much, but it would be greatly appreciated!!

well i have dual apexi N1s and the preformace is good BUT THEY ARE LOUD! so if u don't mind a really loud exhust then i would say look into N1s.

 

word, thanks. the only problem with that is i dont want an extremely loud car and the tips are sooo freaaakkinnn biggggg lol

 

I've heard mostly good things about the corksport exaust. The few bad that I have heard is the loudness of the system and its a single not a dual set up. Check out www.corksport.com, for the price you can't beat it!
