R's stamped into top of rotor housing?
This is a Cosmo 13B-RE , What does these R's mean stamped into the top of the rotor housings mean?
Gotta look really close at the pic, the quality aint great

Ive only seen them on 12A's that were a mazda rebuild?

Uh these both are R's definately. I have only seen this 2 other times and they were both Mazda rebuilds I had to put in straight from the dealer...
My other 12'A and 2 13B's fully disassmbled dont bear any markings on top bottom side or otherwise?

The R is for REAR housing. You might even get lucky enough to find a rebuild with an F on the front housing! The only difference between housings is the routing of the EGR ports; otherwise, they are interchangeable. There is no major consequence to swapping housings to the other position, or using two of the same.
