If you want a torquey 13b, buy a 3rd gen with properly functioning sequetial turbos. You'll get 200lbs under 3k rpms. Or just for the hell with it install a 20b with factory twins and make more torque than hp. Atilla The Fun made nearly 400lbs with factory twins and only about 350whp.
