rev limit question

rev limit question

alright heres the story, im have got a rebuilt t2 engine with a small street port(stage 1), nuthin too big. and i was wondering if i could go past the 7rpm redline. im going with a microtech for the fuel and stock turbo(for now). just wondering what it would take thats all.

As long as it was rebuilt properly and you have sufficient oiling/cooling/fueling systems about 8,500 should be the limit.
