Possible t2 build,need advice

Hi guys,I've been off this forum for a while because I came to the conclusion that I can't afford to own a rotary, but a recent deal I've been offered has changed that. Since I've been on here last I've bought and sold a 270 hp sr20 240,and a 1500lb miata, but I was offered a fairly clean fc shell, with a t2 engine w/ 5 speed @50k miles, and a na 13b with 90k auto tranny. Both fi,and told everything is there for putting both engines in,but my question is if you think I can get away with upping the boost on the t2 with everything stock except intercooler,to about the 275-300 hp level, and if I could do a homebrew pp on the stock na without a rebuild, the pp would just be a fun project to see if I can. So what it boils down to is
1: max safehp on stock jdm t2 with only intercooler upgraded.
2: absolute cheapest pp build assuming I do my own machining.

Thanks for any help, and please don't clutter up the thread with "jus git nuther 240 feggot"

peripheral port will need soft seals replaced for sure. I've also never taken apart a keg that didn't need side seals replaced if it has sat dormant for any amount of time.

So it's probably going to need a whole seal kit is what you're saying?
