I was told in the other thred about port design to look into what mazda's already tried but I cant find any information on failed port design or anything, could someone help me out? any kind of link or anything would be great thx

Well, my advice on places to look would be SAE papers and technical books about rotary engines. I had a couple good ones from my college's library, but had to return them.

The tools are out there to mathematicially simulate all of this stuff, but not necessecarily in a useable form. I've got a couple SAE papers I've been trying to figure out how to use for a good year or two.
