Pics of exhaust sleeves in a FD vs Cosmo...??

Hi...

Does anybody have pics of the exhaust sleeves in a Cosmo engine vs a FD engine..

I know there is a big different in the size of these two engines but i need a picture of the different or the size in cm/feet...???

I have a cosmo engine in my FD and i want to make the exhaust sleeves bigger so it is the same as the Fd engine....

Thanx

I can help you with the center plate intake ports and the Cosmo exhaust but not the FD exhaust. Cosmo 1st, FD 2nd, Cosmo and FD 3rd (Cosmo is the big one), Cosmo 4th.

Or perhaps a secret Miller-cycle rotary prototype?

Don't have an FD rotor housing kicking around at the house... but here is a cosmo scrap rotor housing.

Frozen water damage. Here in MN you need to make sure you have plenty of antifreeze in the engine.

What's wrong with that "scrap" cosmo housing?

Severe pitting of the aluminum surrounding the exhaust sleeve. Not worth my risk to use, despite its really nice trochoid surface.
