PFS tuned GT42R makes 643rwhp!!!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Went back today for some final tuning and Ray made some huge power! At 31psi it made 643.9rwhp and 520 torque! Holy ****, even if I can't drive, I gotta run 9's!!!! HUGE PROPS to Ray. The man is a wizard. This is all on a PFS street port and C116.

HOLY ****! That's just crazy HP on 31psi Congrats Ernie

Looks like that turbo really starts flowing at higher boost levels.

What map sensor do you have in the car?

Anthony

THanks Anthony, I have a 3 bar map sensor in it right now so Im as far as I can go on boost till I get a different map sensor. But I don't think Im gonna go for more power till I can get it down the track the way it sits in one piece! lol...

643 will barely get you to 10 flat . (I know that's BS)

A local "tuner" had posted dyno graphs of his "704 rwhp" FC and his best is 10.044 @ 147 mph. The numbers just don't seem to add up to me. Anyone else think that trap speed and time is bogus for 700+ hp?

Congrats on the numbers BTW. I look forward to seeing your times.

Personally, I think the problem is BS dyno numbers.

147mph is pretty high so high 600's or low 700's isn't out of the relm. If I had a different intake manifold and 5 bar map sensor, I could hit high 600's.

I'm hoping you let me change that for you! I should have some drawings to show you this weekend!

BTW, have you thought of an air-water intercooler? Might see a little higher intake temps during street use, but you could run ice at the track.

As far as the air to water intercooler, I would be I want to run the street class next year and ya can't have that.

Won't be too bad. With skinnies, my car only weigh 2600lbs. A cage may add 100lbs.

Plus your heavy scatter-shield and driveshaft loop. You know that you'll need a window net too right?
