Only 124hp and 102 t on 91 na rx7 with mods

First dyno run was 108 hp and 99fbt, Then they turned my S-AFC in and got 124hp and 102fbt. Don't 91 na's have 145hp stock and a 160 at the flywheel? Why am I going down in numbers? She runs great there doesn't seem like there is any wrong.

91 na intake, exhaust, S-AFC

What were they using to tune the S-AFC? IS your car and automatic or have heavy aftermarket wheels?

Also check and make sure the 6-ports are working properly!
You normally loose about 15 RWHP above 4500rpm when the ports are not opening!
