O2 Service life

Hello,
I have a 88 10 AE with a 13B-RE running parallel twins at 14psi.
I premix 1.5 oz to a gallon and run 91 octane.
Currently I’m using a Innovate MTX-L for AFR’s and the last couple weeks it has been slow to react so I decided to recalibrate the sensor thinking it’s just overdue and that’s probably what’s wrong.
Reaction time still seems slow. Sensor/gauge has about 1000 miles of use.
Can I conclude the sensor is bad?
How long do they typically last?
Is there a better alternate?

Been around rotaries for 2/3rds of my life, but this is my first turbo car.

Thanks in advance.

the innovate is hard on sensors, they just don't last very long

I also have a narrowband hooked up that works fine.
Considering replacing the Innovate Wideband with a pyrometer.

I too went through o2 sensors with the innovative.
I had an AEM UEGO before which was good. I now have a Ballenger motor sports unit with NTK sensor. It is lasting well and is super accurate.
