NHRA Import- New Jersey results
Well the numbers are a lot tighter in the first round of qualifications than they were in the last race. Ken Scheepers ran the best time and Jesus is really kind of tied for second with a matched ET but a hair lower MPH.
This is looking a lot better for Jesus this time around.

A Microtech? Cool. I like what I have been seeing on the newer Microtech stuff. They seem to be coming along pretty good.
That's is definately a real good sign for Jesus because he got that good a time right out of the shoot. There are so many of these guys running 10.40's that it is really hard to tell who has the best chance of winning. I like it like that As long as a rotary wins I am happy.
Abel is right at the brink of getting into the 6's but there are a few guys that always seem to be a step or two ahead of him. Siguel needs to get their asses out here and rip the Celica and Solara's some new ********!
Our fastest rotary is sitting on an island in the Atlantic? That is very disappointing.

Well I would at least like a rotary to win the event Seeing that Abel is back in the pack a little too much right now.
Speaking of which. Ken broke his rearend. Jesus ran Scott Mohler and Mohler threw a rod during the burnout. So Jesus got the win.

Wow, when their name did not show up in the qualifying I assumed they were not there. That is a long way and a lot of trouble to get here and then get disqualified. Bummer

Laying Down Rotary Law
Just got some inside info on Kilo
Those 10.4 runs was done on his Gene berg weber
not on the EFI setup
They did not have enought time to fine tune the E.F.I
so he switched back to the carb for E-town
