New to the rotary world and need a few questions answered.
I have just bought a stock 1993 rx7 twin turbo here in the UK, and the guy i bought i off recommended you guys as a helpful bunch . the car itself is fast but i need more speed!!!! so here comes the questions(please help me in the quest for ultimate power):
1. What is the best BHP i can expect if i spend £15,000 ($20,000) on the engine alone?
2. What else would need to be modified to cope with the bhp? (obviously brakes!!)
3. What sorta 0-60mph and top speed would the engine give me?
Thankyou for any response guys
keep on smokin' those piston heads!!!!

3. What sorta 0-60mph and top speed would the engine give me?with a 20k engine you will be more worried about quatermile times (9s)

Thanks for the good response Greg, could u give a ballpark figure of how much the neccesary parts to cope with 700bhp would be? and who can help me acheive the magic 700bhp?
mad idea, will a fg3s engine (i think that mean mk3 twin turbo) fit in my old mx5-eunos-miata roadster thing, and has it been done before?
cheers for any response
Tom (now aiming for 700bhp)

*chants* 20B! 20B! 20B! seriously if i had 20k for engine alone I would be thinking single turbo 3 rotor. Then 700+rwhp would be too low. Come on Greg you of all people should have mentioned that in your never ending quest for more power.

ha ha, definately good thinking.
I have no idea about european tuners. Only US tuners. And in AUS and Japan theyre everywhere.
I used to have a great link to a scanned article of a 500+RWHP rotary powered miata. MikeL was the one who hosted it. It's down now though. Good luck
